Review before you save the finished copy
After generating an edit, compare it with the original. Check the requested change first, then inspect faces, hands, text and other details that should have stayed consistent. It is easier to catch an unwanted change before the image is posted or sent to someone else. If you used a template, confirm that the result still fits the purpose of the photo.
Keep an untouched original separately. Saving an AI-edited copy should not become your only record of a family memory, product condition or event. Distinguishing source and edited versions also makes it easier to create a different crop later without losing the original composition.
Use the controls available in your version
The current AIPGEN Android description explicitly mentions comparing the original and edited image, cropping, saving or sharing the result and keeping finished edits together in My Photos. The iPhone description mentions before-and-after viewing and sharing, and its public release history includes a photo gallery. Current store screenshots also show relevant photo controls.
Use the save or share action displayed on your result screen. Button names and screen placement can change by version, so follow the current interface rather than assuming every screenshot is identical to your phone. If the operating system asks for permission to add images to your library, review that request and choose the access appropriate for your task.
Check the saved image at its destination
After saving, open the image in your device’s photo library or intended destination and make sure it is the version you wanted. For a profile photo, preview the circular or square crop. For a social post, check whether the platform trims the edges. Important faces, text or objects should not sit so close to the border that an automatic crop removes them.
The public listings do not specify every export format, compression setting or maximum output dimension. Do not assume support for transparent backgrounds, a particular file type or print-ready resolution unless your app actually offers it. For a large print or a design handoff, inspect the saved file’s dimensions and appearance before making a commitment based on the preview alone.
Share creative changes with appropriate context
A subtle cleanup and a major invented scene have different implications. If an image could mislead someone about an event, a product or a person’s actions, describe the creative edit when you share it. That preserves the fun of the result without presenting a generated composition as an untouched record. Get permission before publicly sharing someone else’s personal photograph when appropriate.
