Set up a deliberate first generation

A motion prompt for a calm image
A video prompt should describe change over time, not just repeat the contents of the photo. “A plant by a window” identifies a scene; “the leaves move gently as the camera slowly pushes forward” explains what happens during the clip. Keep the motion consistent with the still image and avoid asking for several scene changes in a short duration.
This example favors a modest animation. If your subject is a person, substitute an equally restrained movement and review facial consistency carefully. A request to preserve details is useful direction, but it does not guarantee that every frame will remain identical to the original.
Animate this photograph with a slow, gentle camera push toward the plant. Let the leaves move slightly in a soft breeze while the pot and windowsill remain stable. Keep the original daylight, colors and composition, with no scene change or sudden camera movement.
Inspect the beginning, middle and final frame
Watch the entire output at least once without stopping. Then check individual moments where the motion changes or an object crosses another object. Look for bending surfaces, disappearing details, unstable facial features and objects that merge together. A strong first frame does not mean the rest of the clip is consistent.
Pay special attention to the ending. A short video may finish with an unexpected camera angle or a distorted subject even when most of the clip looks good. If you need a loop, inspect the relationship between the first and last frames rather than assuming the generation loops seamlessly. Refine movement before adding complexity
If the subject changes too much, reduce the requested movement and choose a clearer source. Save a clip that fits its destination
